Cancellation policy.
ELEVATE PILATES CHALLENGE
1. We have a minimum 24 HOURS cancellation policy depending on which class plan you have purchased. This gives us enough time to find another person to take your spot. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will still be charged for the class.
2. For Trial/ Single Classes and Challenge Packages with 1 class per week:
We have a ZERO cancellation policy for missed Single/ Trial classes or Challenge packages with 1 class booking per week. Make up sessions will not be provided for these types of classes.
3. For Challenge Packages with 2 class bookings per week:
5-7 Week terms of classes have a cancelation policy of 1 session per term. 8-11 Weeks terms of classes have a cancellation policy of 2 sessions per term. Cancellations (Based on the current term cancelation policy) will be accepted as long as they are done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Make up classes have to be booked and attended within the duration of the current challenge term. Class booking is based on availability.
4. Missed classes cannot be rolled over into the next term.
5. No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.
6. Circumstances for Waiving Cancelation:
Your cancellation fee will only be waived where there are exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances are at my discretion; examples of exceptional circumstances include:
- Death or hospitalization of you or a direct family member (parent, spouse, child, sibling).
- Natural disasters.
*Normal fluctuations in daily routine including work, school, family or spouse timetables will not be considered as exceptional circumstances.
STRONG AND CONFIDENT PROGRAM
1. We have a Zero cancellation policy for the Strong & Confident Programs as well as for Single/ Trial classes.
2. Make up sessions will not be provided for this challenge.
3. Missed classes cannot be rolled over into the next term.
4. No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.

ONE Cancellation is accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the week of cancellation based on availability of spots.
3. For 5 Private Class Packages:
ONE Cancellation is accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the validity of the package i.e. 6 Weeks. Class booking is based on availability.
4. For 10 Private Class Packages:
TWO Cancellations are accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the validity of the package i.e. 3 months. Class booking is based on availability.
5. For 20 Private Class Packages:
THREE Cancellations are accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
